TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • By using this website and purchasing from us online you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Orders are processed Monday – Thursday and will be dispatched within 48 hours subject to availability. Orders placed after 11am on Thursday will be sent the following Monday.

  • Orders are shipped either by courier with UK Mail within the UK (packages need to be signed for unless given specific delivery instructions) or by Royal Mail (second class signed for) or by DPD for orders to Europe. Should you not receive your order within five working days (UK), or ten working days for Europe please contact us on rachel@myanimalmatters.co.uk

  • The price you pay for the product is the price on our website at the time you place your order.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • If, for any reason, we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you and offer an alternative or give a full refund, whichever you prefer.

  • We take payment via Stripe.

  • We cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in the delivery or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event beyond our reasonable control.

  • Our liability to you, where delivery fails or is delayed is limited to a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

  • If your items are damaged in transit you must be report this to us and UK Mail immediately.

  • If you wish to return any products to us for any reason we are unable to refund postage or courier costs.

  • If the product you buy is not what you expected, we will refund the purchase price in full if you return the product to us unopened within seven days of receipt. This only applies to goods with tamperproof lids. We are unable to offer refunds for items that do not have tamperproof packaging for health and safety reasons. Similarly, we cannot accept returned items if they have been opened.

  • All refunds are limited to the cost of the product, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We strongly advise you, if you return a product, to send it to us by recorded delivery or courier and keep the tracking number until we have confirmed safe receipt. We are unable to issue refunds for any products that fail to reach us.

  • Full payment must be received before orders are dispatched.

  • Please note that as this is an online shop we are unable to guarantee that the product is suitable for your purposes. Please read the product description carefully and if in doubt email us or seek veterinary advice.

  • We cannot be held liable for the application of products which result in injury to your animal of whatever nature, as we do not know the history of your animal’s health or the method of application you have used.
